FRIENDS of the Octavia Fellin Public Library was formed as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization in 2021.  Our mission is to sustain excellent library  facilities and services, creating educational and cultural opportunities, and enhancing the quality of life for the people of Gallup-McKinley County.
